Managing Director

Saurabh Kapoor is our founder and Managing Director.  With over 20 years of strategy consulting experience, he formerly held leadership roles in the strategy practices at several other consulting firms, including as a Vice President and Senior Vice President at two global strategy consultancies.  He has also spent time on client-side as a senior member of the Corporate Strategy and Business Intelligence team at Choice Hotels International, a franchisor of over 6,000 hotel properties across 10 brands.  In that capacity, he led the company’s annual strategic planning function in support of the senior leadership team and Board.  In addition to leading Tower Strategy Group, Saurabh is a Professor at Georgetown University where he teaches courses on corporate, global expansion and marketing strategy.  

Saurabh’s practice focuses on share growth, market entry and international strategy.  Over his career, Saurabh has supported a wide range of clients across our target industries, including Pfizer, The Coca-Cola Company, P&G, Pillsbury, Masco, Danaher and NCR.

Saurabh holds an MBA with a Concentration in Strategy from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia.

Jeff Bliss is an award-winning ANA Marketer of the Year with over 35 years of management experience across a broad range of companies such as Sara Lee, Xerox, Gillette/P&G, Hood Foods, New Balance, World Cup 1994 and the LA Olympics.  Jeff has relied on his experience to drive revenue growth for FORTUNE 500 and fast growth firms such as Coca-Cola, American Red Cross, Microsoft/Skype, NCAA, Rosetta Stone, Jack Nicklaus Companies, US Olympic Committee, America’s Cup and many more. He is in demand as an industry expert, keynote speaker and thought leader. 

Jeff earned a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from Boston University/UCLA Anderson School of Business and has been a professor in The George Washington University MBA Program for fifteen years.
